Shipping, Exchange, Return Policy Roan Ranch Co. Return items:

Clothing eligible for return for STORE CREDIT only if they are returned to Roan Ranch Co within 7 days of receiving your items! Tags must still be attached, must not be washed, damaged, and unworn to be accepted as a return! We will not accept these items unless they are in the condition stated above! They will be returned to buyer if in any other condition at buyers cost!

Shipping: Once you place your order, processing and shipping will take 3 -10 business days. Once shipped, delivery could take 2 - 10 days.

Exchanged Items: We will not be accepting exchanges on any items! You may return item and will be given store credit if item is returnable!

What is FINAL SALE: You cant return sale items or Preorder items!

Can I cancel my order?: Once order is placed it can not be canceled. All orders are made to your specific order.

 

REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued unless agreed upon and 15% of the order will not be refunded to cover costs!
